Step 1) Log in to your ITILITE account and click on the “Accounts Configuration” option from the menu bar on the top.

Step 2) From the menu on the left side of the page, select “Flight policies.” You will be redirected to the policy page.

Step 3) Click on the “Create New Policy” button. Enter the following details:

• Description: select a name for the policy.
• Employee Group: here, you can select the set of employees to whom the policy will be applicable.
• Flight Duration and Route: you can apply the policy to all routes and duration or customize them based on your requirement.

If you select the custom duration option, you can determine whether the policy will apply to flights “less than” or “greater than” a particular time limit (including layovers). For instance, you can choose to set the policy for flights that are greater than 5 hours.

In terms of custom routes, you can select if the policy will apply to specific domestic or international routes. For domestic, you can define the arrival and departure airports. For international, you can select the countries.

• Applicable Policy Setup: here, you can select the highest eligible cabin class, namely Economy, Premium Economy, Business, and First Class. You can also select whether the policy will have a fixed budget limit, a dynamic budget limit based on the most economical flight available, or no budget limit.
• Airline Preference: with the option, you can define the preferred airlines based on priority ranging from 1 to 5. The ITILITE system will recommend flight options to employees according to the order of priority.

Step 4) Click on the “Create Flight Policy” button on the bottom right corner of the page to activate the policy.
